Congratulations Joanna Cunanan on winning first place in the Dr. Jack Laidlaw Manuscript Competition at the Institute of Medical Sciences Research Day!
Joanna is a PhD candidate at the Toronto General Hospital Research Institute in Dr. Moumita Barua's lab. Joanna’s PhD research is on the role of PAX2 missense variants in impaired glomerular repair and regeneration in the pathogenesis of Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS).
