The UHN Office of Research Trainees (ORT)

ORT 
The Postdoc-to-Postdoc Buddy Program is a 3-month initiative designed to help postdocs at UHN build community and navigate their experience by connecting with fellow postdoctoral researchers. Recognizing that the postdoc journey can often feel isolating, this program offers an opportunity to socialize and share experiences with peers. The second event will take place on 22nd May at 4:00 PM in Room 4-204 of the Princess Margaret Cancer Research Tower. Postdocs are encouraged to sign up to be paired with others and participate in informal networking throughout the program.
UHN Postdoc-to-Postdoc Buddy Program Networking Event
Organized by the UHN Postdoc Association (UHNPA), the UHN Postdoc-to-Postdoc Buddy Program is your opportunity to meet other UHN postdocs and connect socially and professionally. UHN postdocs are invited to join for facilitated networking and fun activities.

OSOTF Unilever/Lipton Graduate Fellowship
The OSOTF Unilever/Lipton Graduate Fellowship is awarded to graduate students registered in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto who are studying neurosciences at UHN, based on both financial need and academic excellence.

COMMUNITY
For June, UHN STEM Pathways acknowledges the outreach efforts of Hikaru Kurosawa, an undergraduate research student at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Hikaru has been an integral part of the Guided Therapeutics team's lab demos for students. He has also created a short video and a classroom workshop to teach students about Artificial Intelligence.
