Congratulations to Dr. Rachel Shum on receiving an ORT Conference Participation Award!
Dr. Rachel Shum is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Dr. Alexandra Rink’s lab at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, where she develops radiochromic materials for radiation dosimetry. Her research focuses on understanding the relationship between diacetylene molecular structure, crystal packing, and radiation-induced polymerization to inform the design of next-generation dosimeters.
