Join the UHN Office of Research Trainees (ORT) for a virtual information session on August 6, 2025, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM to learn about exciting career development opportunities through the Biomanufacturing Hub Network (BioHubNet) — a new talent development program designed to build an industry-ready workforce for Canada’s Biomanufacturing and Life Science Sector. Through UHN’s partnership with BioHubNet, UHN graduate students, postdocs and research staff have access to BioHubNet’s partner-only programs, including training, internship, networking and funding opportunities!
This session will introduce you to BioHubNet’s three core programs (ENGAGE, EXPERIENCE, and EQUIP), each offering unique opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experiences. - ENGAGE: Over 50 on-demand, industry-relevant training courses and mentorship opportunities – Open to graduate students, postdocs, and research staff
- EXPERIENCE: Hands-on, immersive learning opportunities , including paid internships – Open to graduate students and postdocs
- EQUIP: Commercialization support and funding opportunities to build biomanufacturing innovations – Open to graduate students and postdocs
