The Science Careers myIDP is a free, online career‑planning tool created by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Science, and the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) to help graduate students and PDRs in the sciences better understand their strengths and future career options. It guides users through self-assessments of their skills, interests, and values, then generates a curated list of scientific career paths to explore based on those skills and interests. This can help you to identify a career (or a few) to pursue!
myIDP also offers structured guidance for setting strategic goals to prepare for the career paths you aspire to and provides resources to help you stay on track as you work toward your career objectives.
