The Committee of Research Professionals at UHN is a group working across all University Health Network Research Institutes. Our purpose is to provide a platform for research professionals to network, socialize and collaborate across TeamUHN.
We aim to liaise between research professionals, the research institutes and UHN to provide training to the community of research professionals across UHN for professional and personal development.

Research Professionals at UHN: People & Culture Information Session on Performance Enhancement
Do you have questions about the your Performance Enhancement review? Questions about the new cycle timeline and documentation? Questions about how to measure your performance?
Join the Committee of Research Professionals @ UHN (RP@UHN) on May 10th at 1 pm (either virtually or in person) for a workshop with UHN’s People & Culture Team where we will review everything employees should know when completing their 2022/23 Performance Enhancement cycle.
Anna Gordon, the People Consultants Director supporting UHN Research, will guide staff through the new structure of the Performance Enhancement form and timeline, provide tips for staff to quantify their performance, go over next steps after completion of the evaluation, as well as provide more information about the People and Culture department at UHN. We’ll also have a Question and Answer portion so you can ask any outstanding questions about the performance review process. You’ll come away from this event with the tools needed to effectively complete your Performance Enhancement discussion.
After the workshop, there will also be opportunities for networking, where you can connect and socialize with other research professionals at UHN!
