Research Professionals at UHN: Leveraging LinkedIn for Networking and Career Exploration
Are you a research professional at UHN looking to expand your network and explore new job opportunities?
Join the Committee of Research Professionals @ UHN (RP@UHN) for an in person workshop where you will learn how to leverage LinkedIn to connect with other professionals in your field and find exciting new career opportunities.
Dr. Amanda Veri, the Office of Research Trainees Lead, will guide you through the key features of LinkedIn, including how to build an effective profile, search for relevant contacts, and build your network. You’ll come away from this workshop with valuable insights and practical tips that you can use to take your career to the next level.
After the workshop, you’ll have a chance to get a new profile picture/headshot taken for your LinkedIn! There will also be opportunities for networking, where you can connect and socialize with other research professionals at UHN!
