Presenters

Dr. Mohadeseh Mehrabian, PhD, is Postdoctoral Fellow at UHN whose research involves characterizing a candidate drug and assessing the clinical viability of this compound.

Dr. Sofia Farkona, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Fellow at UHN whose research includes the development of MS-based targeted methods for the quantification of angiotensin II-regulated proteins in urine and bronchoalveolar lavage.

Description

Mass spectrometry-based proteomics is a powerful tool for biological discoveries. Discover how this tool can accelerate your research.

At the end of the workshop, learners will be able to:

  1. Describe the theory and applications of mass spectrometry-based proteomics
  2. Design experimental plans to address a research question
