This April, UHN staff including postdocs will have performance review discussions as part of the Performance Enhancement Program at UHN (UHN connection required). These performance review discussions are a place to reflect and discuss performance throughout the year, summarize and celebrate accomplishments, and discuss opportunities for improvement and development.

To prepare for your performance review discussions, join the UHN People & Culture Team and the Office of Research Trainees for a virtual information session on the Performance Enhancement Program on April 10, 2024, from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.

In this session, Anna Gordon, the People Consultants Director supporting UHN Research, and the People & Culture Team will provide an overview of the Performance Enhancement Program and how you can maximize your performance review discussions and actively contribute to your professional growth and success. This session will also include lots of time for questions and answers!
