Beginning in April, UHN staff and postdocs will have performance review discussions as part of the Performance Enhancement Program at UHN. These performance review discussions are a place to reflect and discuss performance throughout the year, summarize and celebrate accomplishments, and discuss opportunities for improvement and development.

This year’s performance enhancement program includes a new rating scale and role-tailored documents to better support meaningful discussions. To prepare for your performance review discussions, join the UHN People & Culture Team, the Office of Research Trainees, and the Research Professionals at UHN (RP@UHN) for a virtual information session on the Performance Enhancement Program on April 11, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.

In this session, Anna Gordon, the People Consultants Director supporting UHN Research, and the People & Culture Team will provide an overview of the Performance Enhancement Program, the new changes this year, and how you can maximize your performance review discussions and actively contribute to your professional growth and success.
