Join the Pride in Patient Engagement in Research (PiPER) and the Office of Research Trainees (ORT) for the upcoming Plain Language Summaries Workshop! This workshop is designed to empower scientists, research staff, postdoctoral researchers, and trainees with the skills and knowledge to effectively communicate their research through plain language summaries (PLS).

During the workshop, participants will:
- Learn why PLS are essential for enhancing public understanding and engagement with scientific research.
- Receive step-by-step guidance on how to create clear, concise, and informative PLS that effectively convey complex research findings.
- Participate in interactive exercises and receive personalized feedback to refine their PLS writing skills.
- Gain access to templates, examples, and a curated list of additional resources to support their ongoing effects in creating PLS.
