The UHN Office of Research Trainees (ORT) is excited to be hosting a hands-on in-person workshop for UHN trainees and postdoctoral researchers to build foundational skills in Python, using the Carpentries curriculum.

The workshop will be led by Sophie Liu, a member of TeamUHN trained through the ORT’s Carpentries Instructor Training Program!

Dates & Times:

  • Session 1: January 30, 2025 from 12:30 to 4:30 PM EST
  • Session 2: February 6, 2025 from 12:30 to 4:30 PM EST

Spots are limited and participants must commit to attending both sessions when registering! The workshop is open only to UHN trainees and postdoctoral researchers.

Participants must bring their own computer and both sessions will be held in the Ontario Power Building (700 University Ave.). Room details will be provided to registrants.
