Coding Bootcamp: Python 101

The UHN Office of Research Trainees is excited to be offering a hands-on in-person workshop for UHN graduate students and postdoctoral researchers to learn foundational skills in programming in Python, using the Carpentries curriculumNo prior experience is required! The sessions will be led by Fatemeh Alavi, Navona Calarco, Randa Higazy, and Sophie Liu, UHN students, postdocs, and staff trained through the Carpentries Instructor Training Program.

Dates and Times:

· March 20, 2024 from 1:00 – 5:00 pm

· March 27, 2024 from 1:00 – 5:00 pm

Spots are limited and registrants must commit to attending both sessions. The sessions are open only to UHN students and postdoctoral researchers.

Participants must bring their computer and both sessions will be held at the Ontario Power Building (700 University Ave.). Room information will be provided to registrants.
