Increasing Sustainability in Research

April marks Earth Month, and what better way to give back to the environment than by taking care of our shared home.

Join us for a seminar on Increasing Sustainability in Research! In this webinar, two experts will share research and tips on how we can change our research practices to reduce waste and increase sustainability. Learn about:

  • Greening Research by Warren Marasigan, Sustainability Coordinator, UHN
  • Eco-friendly Radiation: Short-term Environment and Clinical Effects of Radiation Medicine Program’s Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic (STEER COVID-19) by Ronald Cheung

This will be an interactive seminar where participants will be invited to share tips and resources on how they promote sustainability! Explore other ways that you can get involved in Earth Month at UHN here.

This webinar is free and open to everyone.
