The Institute for Education Research (TIER) is hosting a new virtual lecture series called The Sciences of COVID-19: Connecting Research, Education, and Practice while the Big Ideas Lecture Series is on hiatus. Please join us for our first lecture, Ask a Bioethicist at 10am on April 22.

UHN Bioethicist Daniel Buchman will discuss the ethics behind decision making when resources are scarce, and the implications for health care workers and patients.  Dr. Buchman’s program of research explores ethical issues at the intersection of clinical practice and public health.
